3 Levels of social stories to an issue or event from the book that the characters were faced, that will also be relevant to the young people reading the books.

By providing information about what might happen in a particular situation, and some guidelines for behaviour, it's possible to increase structure in a person's life and thereby reduce anxiety.

To support young people reading at level 3, a fullly symbolised version of the Level 3 text is availab;e as part of the workbook. Symbol support is valuable for readers, as it canhelp  with word understanding and support reading of tricky words.
